On November 28, 2025, CP Tech GmbH ("CP-Tech" for short), a leading global manufacturer of automotive components and provider of engineering services, and HRC (Hengrui Carbon Fiber), a world-class integrated solutions provider for composite materials, formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Changshu. Centering on the core objective of "lightweighting", the two parties will establish a multi-dimensional and deeply integrated cooperation framework, commit to the joint innovation and development of advanced materials and cutting-edge products, and collectively drive industrial upgrading and technological breakthroughs in the automotive, aerospace, and related sectors.
On this occasion, two pivotal cooperation agreements were concluded between the two parties. Firstly, with regard to the overall strategic cooperation in the future, Mr. Zhu Haohua, General Manager of CP-Tech China, and Ms. Yang Meixiang, Deputy General Manager of HRC Automotive, signed a strategic framework agreement on behalf of both sides. Concurrently, Mr. Christian Doenges, Assistant General Manager and Project Director of CP-Tech, and Ms. Yang Meixiang inked a special project contract focusing on specific cooperative vehicle models. The signing ceremony was witnessed by senior executives from both enterprises, including Mr. Thomas Casey, General Manager of CP-Tech; Mr. Gu Yongtao, Founder and Chairman of HRC Group; Ms. Wu Huijing, Chief Strategy Officer of HRC; and Mr. Liu Min, General Manager of HRC Automotive.
CP-Tech specializes in the R&D, manufacturing, and promotion of chassis and motion mechanism system solutions, boasting profound technical expertise and a solid customer base in high-end racing, supercars, aerospace, and other industries. Its products have been adopted in numerous premium vehicle models, such as Porsche, Bugatti Chiron, Mercedes-AMG supercars, and Lotus supercars. Notably, the "HALO" system equipped on Formula 1 racing cars stands as one of the company’s flagship innovations.
HRC possesses comprehensive service capabilities spanning the entire life cycle of carbon fiber, with its overall strength ranking among the forefront of global peers. Of particular significance, the two parties will further carry out collaborative innovation on green, environmentally friendly, and recyclable composite material lightweight solutions, jointly advancing the practice and development of sustainable strategies.
Taking this signing as a milestone, the two parties will, through the in-depth integration of advanced materials and high-end manufacturing, jointly embark on a new journey of promoting lightweight development across the industry in the years ahead.
