AVK welcomes submissions for Innovation Award 2025

The German Federation of Reinforced Plastics (AVK, Frankfurt, Germany) is inviting submissions for the AVK Innovation Award 2025. The annual award, focused on the best innovations in the field of fiber-reinforced polymers (FRP)/composites, covers the following categories with particular emphasis placed on sustainability: Innovative products/components or applications, innovative procedures/processes, and research and science.

One of the award’s goals is to promote novel applications, methods and processes for the manufacture of FRP/composite products. An additional award is given to universities, colleges and institutes recognizing their work in science in research. The AVK also aims to give prominence to the companies and/or institutions behind each award through publicization.

Each submission will be evaluated by a jury of experts from the composites sector. The awards ceremony will take place Oct. 21, 2025, during JEC Forum DACH in Dresden Germany (Oct. 21-22, 2025). Submission deadline for applications is March 28, 2025.
