The company was founded in Feb 2008, finishing shareholding reform in December 2013, and was listed on the main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange in September 2020 (stock code: 605006). The main industry of Shandong Fiberglass Group Corp. is glass fiber production and primary processing, and thermoelectric products, which have 3 subsidiary factories - Linyi Tianju Energy Saving Material Corp, Yishui Thermo Electricity Plant and Glasstex Fiberglass Material Corp. across Yishui and Yiyuan counties and four production plants. There are 6 glass fiber production lines with annual capacity of 410,000 tons, and another 300,000 tons of highperformance glass fiber manufacturing project Phase I (150,000 tons ) is under construction.
