Suzhou Jiteng Precision Mould Co., Ltd. was founded on 18 December 2019,located in No.5,East Concentric Road,Aster Ping Community,East Taihu Lake Eco-tourism Resort,Wujiang District,Suzhou,China.
As a composite mould manufacturer integrating R&D, design, production and sales,we have a unique R&D environment and convenient traffic conditions. The company's main business covers wind power beam plate,photovoltaic frame and support,polyurethane doors and windows,aerospace, petrochemical industry,energy-saving building,automobile high-speed railway,communication and electric power,animal husbandry and other fields.
The total investment of the company is 38 million RMB, the plant area is more than 4,000 square metres, and the monthly output of moulds is more than180 pairs.
We have introduced advanced production equipments, including 11 sets of large-scale precision vertical machining centres, 2 sets of 5-metre precision drilling machines, 46 sets of large-scale precision grinding machines and 6 sets of precision medium wire cutting machines. In addition, the company is also equipped with high-precision measuring equipment,such as 6-metre Taiwan Coordinate MeasuringMachine,2.5-dimensional measuring machine,ultrasonic flaw detector, surface roughness tester,portable Rockwell hardness tester,electronic Rockwell hardness tester and mechanical coating thickness gauge imported from Germany, to ensure that each product meets the high standard of quality requirements.
