,” announced Sabine Klauke, currently Airbus Chief Technology Officer and Airbus Aircraft Vice President Engineering, on her linkedIn account.
In this newly created position, she will oversee the development and implementation of this tool across all Airbus divisions. She will report to Catherine Jestin, Executive Vice President Digital. “

From 1 July, Rémi will replace Sabine Klauke in her previous role. Currently President of Airbus India and South Asia, he is appointed Executive Vice President Engineering of Airbus’ Commercial Aircraft business. In this role, he will also be responsible for technology for Airbus and will lead and coordinate all research and technology activities within the company. He will also be a member of the Commercial Aircraft management team, reporting to Christian Scherer, CEO of Commercial Aircraft.
Rémi Maillard’s succession as President of Airbus in India and South Asia will be announced at a later date.
