based on the annual training needs survey and feedback from multiple business departments and functions including Raw Material Procurement, External Logistics, Supply Chain, Digitalization, Programme, Finance, Equipment and Facility Maintenance, a critical need was highlighted to gain deeper insights into frontline production knowledge. This includes key aspects such as product manufacturing processes, material characteristics and applications, quality inspection, work order and material flow, warehouse incoming inspection, packaging and shipping, etc.. These knowledges are essential for efficiently fulfilling cross-departmental collaboration responsibilities (such as equipment breakdown analysis and precise material procurement).

HR training specialist went deep into the workshops, closely collaborating with production supervisors and process engineers from various areas, to thoroughly analyze pain points and develop a comprehensive "Production Knowledge Training" plan. This training activity invited 9 experienced on-site supervisors and process engineers to serve as instructors, while HR training specialist systematically explained the entire workflow of the company's aircraft composite component manufacturing and provided detailed explanations of workshop layouts and functional distributions. The shop-floor supervisors introduced the specific operation procedures of each work package from Prepreg cutting, Lay-up, Curing, Trimming, Assembly, Painting, and Delivery according to the production process. They also explained various materials, tooling& tools, machines and related digital applications on the workshop site. The course design focused on the practical application of each module of AOS in the production site and the combination with the company's KPIs, leading the trainees to have an immersive experience of the production site.
